      Pros

      Well structured work processes with a very friendly work environment. Fabulous communication between management and staff with continuous drive to improve experience of employees.

      Cons

      There's a lot of room for improvement on the salary side. However good remunerations like bonuses etc.

      great place to work. Founded in Ireland over 50 years ago, multiple locations worldwide. interesting, complex & large international pharmaceutical and data centre projects. Great place to learn and develop with many experts across Engineering / Architecture / Project Mgmt / Cost mgmt functions. Decent pay. 100% employee owned, creates a buy in culture from employees. the work culture is positive, little to no finger pointing culture, unlike some companies I've worked in. Annual salary reviews, Basic Salary, bonus, company shares, pension, life assurance, bike to work, health insurance contribution. hybrid working and flextime. good community initiatives in local area and with charities sports and social clubs The teams are diverse and inclusive.

      Cons

      It can take time to implement change in work processes. Sometimes there are too many decision makers and additional steps in a workflow. This can create inefficiencies.
