      seen no benefits at this company today

      Cons

      Over-managed company while the real subject matter expert is fired for a futility when orders are low. Software tools are also poor and you have to wait a long time for support if something doesn't work. So-called professional training is dismissed with bad videos that don't connect with your work. While an assigned mentor sitting on the other side of the world is never available. Moreover, the salary is not something to write home about.
