      Pros

      Great company culture with strong focus on teamwork, great safety focus and track record, top class people with strong succession planning, excellent systems, global reach, blue chip client base, superb employee ownership and profit sharing schemes.

      Cons

      Perhaps a little slow initially to maximise use of digital technologies, particularly in construction (but increased focus on this since 2018).
