- Growing in the US but doing it sustainably - 100% Employee owned - that impacts a lot of things but definitely culture - US: small company feel with the backing of a globally respected reputation - Lack of ego maniacs

Cons

- With any growth there are growing pains. - HQ is in Ireland: not being in HQ can have it's challenges as with any company
