The wide range and large scale of the projects is good exposure for graduates. Also a clear career pathway through the company.

Cons

Large company that is rapidly expanding, harder to stand out amongst the crowd. Larger scale projects can sometimes mean you are stuck doing small menial work for long periods of time. Pay is adequate but not the best in the sector for graduates.
