      Pros

      Friendly company to work for who have put a big effort in during this current pandemic to look after there employees. Lots of social and wellness events aswell as covering costs of home office furniture for those who are not site based. Regular town halls help employees stay informed and up to date on the latest PM projects, performance and goals. Recently released 2025 strategic plan focuses on expanding PM Groups offering and growing the company which I am sure they will do successfully.

      Cons

      Communication from management could improve when allocating resources to projects. Notice periods for project based roles can short often with little clarity on job role before landing on site.
