*There are good people who work within the department. *Pay is decent for the roles and expectations for my department were clear.
Cons
*Top talent is not retained and no care is given when it leaves. *PNC has done numerous layoffs in the last several years, which has tanked overall morale within the departments. *Leadership has lost its human element. *Even if you are a top performer, the bank will still toss you to the sidelines the minute you need help.
