Pros
I would have to dig really deep to find one. I regretted my decision to join this company roughly about a week into the job, when I started to see all the technical debt, and I saw emails reminding employees of work hours. That was my first sign of bad work culture, and then it was downhill from there.
Cons
I'd say everything. The culture was bad, the good employees all leave asap, and the technical debt is enormous. Which I believe is the root cause for all the dissatisfaction.
