Pros
The Texas location once considered a proving ground has turned out to be the best development team in the company. Currently it is the only US development office and has gained a reputation that delivers on time, business ready software. The team is outstanding, everyone. The Team Texas office is made up of back and front end web development teams, quality assurance, project management , business analysts, and a vp of tech somewhere in that mix. Executives and HR are located in the Vancouver offices so this makes for a "small" office
Cons
Office environment is not the best, especially for developer types. Frist I will say that parking is limited so if you don’t like to walk or if you want to park closer then you should get there earlier. The office is open and limited to florescent lighting with a small window at the end. There is a new refrigerator.
