* Client list will instantly improve your resume * Upper management actually cares about employees and honestly wants them to be happy * Excellent benefits and social events * Competitive pay and bonus structure * Excellent location in the heart of Gastown * Cute dogs in the office!!

* Recent purchase by Staples is changing corporate culture * Very poor internal communication * Development focus means non-dev positions get fewer resources * All projects are treated as a "911", lots of last minute stuff can result in regular evening/weekend work
