Pros

I have met friendly professionals in PNI, but that's all about it!

Cons

The salaries are so low and they treat the employees/candidates like desperate people who have no other choice than to work with a salary so below average. They are disorganized and they don't even bother with showing a better facade, not even at the interview level. All they care about is being cheap and I don't recommend you join them unless you are that desperate.

Sorry to hear your experience with PNI was not what you expected. PNI spends a lot of time ensuring we are competitive in the market for compensation utilizing external salary data and benchmarking against our competitors. Our goal has always been to bring staff on at market rate. Additionally, we offer a fully paid company benefit plan, bonus plan and wellness allowance, to top up the total compensation package ensuring we remain competitive in the market.

Boring Work, and Poor Management

Pros

Competitive salary, and occasionally can work from home.

Cons

The work is repetitive, management treats the employees with very little respect, and if you are not a developer at this company, not matter you're job title, you will be assigned developer work on top of your regular duties. Then, when the work isn't done correctly, you'll get blamed even when you were never a developer in the first place. There is a lot of finger pointing; no one takes responsibility for faults.
