- employees are way underpaid compared to market. do some research - don’t bother looking at the false “100% approve of CEO because the company fired him” - people talk about you poorly if you have a family emergency and take time off or after you have quit they will spread rumours - serious micromanagement problems - if you want to see your career grow, go somewhere else
