Pros

Culture is king at POET! I feel appreciated for my contributions to the office/company. Work/life balance is a priority. Benefits are good. Pay is competitive with opportunity for bonuses.

Cons

Not much negative to say at this point. My time at POET has been minimal, but I have really enjoyed it so far! I felt like part of the team from day one.

I'm proud to work for a company that cares about our future and making sustainable bio products. Not only do they care about changing the world they care about you as an employee and want everyone work safely and be good to the environment! At work I look forward to seeing and visiting with the people I work with and that everyday they're something new:-)

Cons

Like every job it's got its days but that's what keeps things interesting too.

Culture: Culture is King at POET! Compensation: Yearly comp analysis to make sure we have a competitive wage at each position. Hours: 7am-5pm very flexible hours. Wellness: State of the art wellness center. Also includes yoga and boot camp classes.

None that I can think of.
