Pros

I definitely like my job. I like the fact that Poet is a Christian company. I like the coworkers on my crew.

Cons

I don't like the 6 weeks of days followed by six weeks of nights. Two weeks followed by two weeks would be much better. I don't like the negative culture with management here.

Cons

The hiring process takes an extensive amount of time, leaving me unemployed for over a month. Onboarding and training is also an extensive process.
