Our POET Bioproducts division is a trading division that relies on daily team interaction with one another and the open floor plan helps the team execute on the daily business needs. In addition, managers meet with their team members one-on-one, typically weekly, to discuss team member development and business operations and allow team members to express any questions or concerns they have. POET pushes people to excel, grow and learn. I am constantly challenged and inspired to find better and more efficient ways to do business. POET rewards ingenuity and gives me the tools and resources to do my job with excellence!

Cons

POET is ever changing and fast-moving. If you are wanting to work somewhere that is consistent, where your day-to-day is largely the same over time, you would not enjoy working here.
