Usually you can gage how good a company is by seeing who works there and what they think about the job. Everyone at Poet CAR are great people who like what they're doing! Pros: -Great work environment -Good pay -Decent benefits -Great management

Cons

I have not noticed or felt like there are any cons so far in my time working at Poet.

Pros

A lot of good learning opportunities. Upper management sees value in employees spending time on professional development, building relationship with vendors/suppliers. Profit sharing in every quarter each year.

Cons

A lot of projects has a very tight schedule which can be a challenge on a work/life balance perspective. Pay rate is lower than mid point salary.

Cons

Travel occasionally to plants but it's only like once every other month. I don't mind the travel actually.
