Pros

There are some great people at POET, and they have competitive compensation and a couple profit sharing programs to marginally increase your income when the markets are strong.

Cons

There are multiple people that skate by, doing the minimum necessary work, often less, with no consequences. It's very difficult to train new people to take ownership and give their best effort, when they see others doing far less, with no consequences.
