Pros

Benefits are great. Pay is ok. Some coworkwrs are good to work with. Very safety orientated.

Cons

Very tough to learn job. Lack of training. Not very many experianced coworkers to help teach new guys about the equipment being worked on. Very dark, dirty, and loud place to work in. Management is buddy buddy right away but turn their back on ya after a month. Come work here for a week and you will see why there is a huge turnover for this place.

The company has an extraordinary purpose, has high caliber individuals as part of the team, and consists of an very diverse subset activities that include research/development, many forms of agriculture, energy, engineering & construction, operations, distribution, and state and federal politics.

Cons

It can be distracting with all of the many initiatives going on, and the path to growth can be difficult to see at times.
