Pros
POET is a very progressive company and has very high quality team members. Management knows how to move from development to implementation with all projects. I was with them for 7 years and learned a lot. I appreciate the opportunities I was given and the growth I received in my roll.
Cons
My roll expanded but my wage did not catch up until I left the company.
