The company has an extraordinary purpose, has high caliber individuals as part of the team, and consists of an very diverse subset activities that include research/development, many forms of agriculture, energy, engineering & construction, operations, distribution, and state and federal politics.

Cons

It can be distracting with all of the many initiatives going on, and the path to growth can be difficult to see at times.

POET is a great place to work with an atmosphere that constantly striving to be the best. Being that they are quite literally the best at what hey do, they constantly attract top talent and have from what I've experienced, fostered a learning environment for incoming employees. Open door policy has always been encouraged by executives which I always respected. Projects are very transparent to employees with updates and meetings on a weekly and monthly basis.
