Pros

Great pay and benefits. Closest to being an owner operator without expenses. Flexible schedule. Dispatch is very easy to work with. New equipment and easy ELDs. Very easy to work with dispatch. No in cab cameras. Great opportunities for bonuses. Everyone I've delt with I've had a positive experience. Very on hands training and onboarding. Honestly one of the best companies I've worked for.

Cons

Long hours but the paychecks make it worth while. Detainment pay could be more.

POET has a great culture and it is easy to see that management truly cares about you. Everyone is very welcoming and eager to help you learn. The company is very complex so you will never run out of stuff to do or learn. Amazing benefits, including 19 days of PTO. Profit sharing and value sharing. Competitive wages.

Cons

POET allows you to flex schedule 4 hours during the summer but this is not available during the rest of the year.
