Pay and benefits are competitive. The company cares about their employees and work-life balance is great. By far my favorite company to work for.

Cons

Firing people after taking spouse to er the night beforeand then working all day Dispatch doesn't know what they are doing and working people too much

Great people to work with. Personal and professional development opportunities are abundant and flexible to one's goals. This company cares about its team members and is very supportive.

Cons

The plants are generally located in rural areas. This is not a negative for all folks and populated areas are usually an easy drive away. I personally find this balance perfect.
