Corporate office out of touch with the Bio-refineries. Corporate departments act as if the bio-refineries are there to serve them. Addition to Corporate office positions while the bio-refineries struggle to add team members.

Was told it's a very family oriented company and was always told to "CYA" like text your supervisor if you were going to be a couple minutes late. Later find out they count it against you anyways.
