Decent pay but not worth what you give.

Cons

This place was a joke to work for, dangerous, unsafe, unsanitary, co workers are not friendly, people will yell in your face, management doesn't react when bullying or harassment is reported. They make threats, and will defame you to future employers. They have a consistent infection issue, in slurry, ferms and water supply, and the plan is just ignore it. There were 3 serious burns and 2 fires at poet in under 6 months! This company only cares about profits. The safety issues an negligence are endless
