Pros

The culture here is truly the best workplace experience i have ever had. Everyone is on the same team, we work together for a common goal, egos are parked at the door and i always feel like my voice is heard.

Cons

I wish the healthcare was a smidge better :(

I like the atmosphere, benefits. Hours and management

Cons

The shifts are tough but there is a chance to change over time. But only working 14 days a month offsets some of it for me
