I have never worked at a place packed with such friendly, hard working and top notch professional people. Management cares about you and your family and they mean it and it shows in their action. I've never been treated like this anywhere, I feel blessed to work here. This is the best of the best as far as companies to work for!

POET is a great place to work. The company really cares about their employees and the communities in which we have offices and biorefineries. Every day I am excited to come to work and feel like I am really making a difference. I can see a clear path for career advancement ahead of me and truly enjoy working with my fellow team members.

Cons

There are so many exciting opportunities that we can explore that there often are not enough hours in the day to get to them all.

Pros

POET has a great culture; you can tell they care about their employees. I have been able to have far more flexibility in a job than I have had at previous employment. The work I do is fun (although having no ag or political background), and everyone is kind to teach new information in this industry.

Cons

I am only used to open-concept office styles, so having offices is a hard transition. However, there has been talk in our office to change to an open-concept. I think this will strengthen office relationships immensely!
