Have no Cons that really come to mind or that are impactful enough.

No organization No training plan everyone does things differently so who you work with that day depends on how you do things makes it very hard to learn when everybody does it differently and you do what the last person tells you and the next person says your wrong so you stay in constant confusion. No current sop’s to see who is right. Every supervisor gives you a different answer.
