Decent pay but not worth what you give.

Cons

This place was a joke to work for, dangerous, unsafe, unsanitary, co workers are not friendly, people will yell in your face, management doesn't react when bullying or harassment is reported. They make threats, and will defame you to future employers. They have a consistent infection issue, in slurry, ferms and water supply, and the plan is just ignore it. There were 3 serious burns and 2 fires at poet in under 6 months! This company only cares about profits. The safety issues an negligence are endless

Most of the people I work with are good people and the work I do is interesting.

Cons

- Very little upward mobility, especially in the technical fields - Managers play favorites - No diversity or inclusivity, especially in the technical fields and upper management levels and ESPECIALLY at the senior leadership level - Raises and bonuses are entirely merit based (no cost of living increase) and low for the area and industry - Managers do not provide clear direction when asked preventing you from doing your job (and receiving said merit-based pay increases) - Benefits are so-so, few paid holidays
