Like to see more of a hybred of office work from home at least a day a week. Its logistics. It keeps us on our toes.

Pros

Upper management is pretty chill and easy to work for/with. They seem to be more involved with the people by having certain events (not talking holiday stuff) which is nice.

Cons

Shift work schedule is not family friendly. Sick time is the same as vacation time.
