      Pros

      Multiple good teams and culture exist within the company. They have good ideas Opportunity to improve industry, support rural, and help agriculture

      Cons

      Pay is lower. Non compete limits local job opportunities and reduces rural strength No raises, only bonuses but bonus money pays out across multiple years with no interest. High stress environment due to staffing even when all positions are filled

      Fake People Looking to Make the Biggest Dollar

      Pros

      Company has lots of money, so the company gatherings and pay are typically substantial.

      Cons

      Company cheerleads that family and God are #1 - this is a bold face lie. No trust, no communication. Must have clout/last name to be able to succeed - it is absolutely all about WHO you know, not WHAT you know. Also - no loyalty whatsoever - large firings with no warnings, no matter what your seniority is. I was actually asked for recommendations on who could step in & do my job - get this - before they let me go.

      Pros

      Company with a mission to believe in - sustainable, renewable bio-based products, working toward zero carbon fuels and products. Leadership allows you to do your job and enables you to do it well. Bad managers/leaders don't last long here! Love being connected to teammates across the company footprint as "co-workers" instead of "customers". Innovative atmosphere - always searching for for the next big thing, but done in a calculated, responsible way. Beautiful, modern Sioux Falls campus with first-class onsite gym.

      Cons

      Politics/govt policy inherently intertwine with everything we do. Yuck. The company does a great job keeping us up to date on policy, politics. And they manage these (unfortunately necessary) political interactions with integrity.
