Pros

Great sense of family and community at Poet. Plant manager and general manager always stay engaged with new employees. Amazing and super easy way to navigate through benefits and insurance with the administrative coordinator.

Cons

Start pay could be better. Training individuals needs work. At times I would feel uncomfortable with the trainer.

Pros

Great people to work forand with. Different from your run of the mill production process, with some days being so busy you don't sit down, others you don't do anything and just enjoy the day.

Cons

The pay is decent for the area, but with the amount of responsibilities they are piling onto the technicians it doesn't add up. Switching shifts from day shift to night shift every 6 weeks really isn't good for the health but gives you an opportunity to see both sides of the process. Health insurance is over priced and undercovered.

The environment here is amazing. Everyone is so nice and Poet really takes care of their employees.

Cons

I haven't found any downside to working here.
