Pros

The support I have received from my people manager and project teams has been exceptional. PPD has top notch training and supports career growth by providing clear career pathways within the company. Work-life balance is what you make of it. You are encouraged to work 40 hours weekly and to not work overtime, but situations will arise where some over-time may be needed to support your project team to meet deadlines.

Cons

None that I can think of.
