Pros

Well-led company. Benefits and compensation are above average. Opportunities for promotion etc. are abundant.

Cons

Not all units of the company are the same. This is a big company and it feels like it--things like IT issues, testing results, etc. can take quite a while and can feel like there is no sense of urgency. There is a lot of speak about improving this conservative culture but often still feels like wordplay. Senior management will talk at you about great ideals, but often won't even answer an email or attempt to listen to you.

Pros

A lot of knowledgable engineers

Cons

Managers who have no idea what they are doing sometimes; projects for entry level engineers are a lot of busy work - projects that have been tried and failed repeatedly
