Often 10 hr days working solo, not able to take a break at all, paid for 8, no overtime allowed.
Paperwork just for the sake of paperwork, endless "box ticking", checklists, then checklists to check you've checked the checklists!
Managers have very little autonomy within their own centres. Even mundane things like uniform ordering, staff holidays &stationery/refreshment ordering cannot be done with higher approval
Taking your one hour lunchbreak (only if staffing levels permit) is very much frowned upon.
Training is pretty much non existant except for endless online "training" about worldwide legal requirements (money laundering etc), but training to help with day to day subjects like how to use the computer systems.....non existant. "Theres the keys, theres your uniform.....get on with it."
Bi-annual Bonus, if earned, is forfeited if you were to leave before its paid out, which is usually 3 months after the period in which you earned it.
