      PTO from day one is nice to have and the sick time. Also the 401k match

      The Coatings group at Cheswick R&D is very toxic, racist, and sexist. Worst environment that I ever worked in. The worst 3 years of my entire life. Don't get a job with them. They also treat their contractors like second class citizens. Being a full-time employee I was disgusted with how they treated contractors that they give false hope to.
