Descent pay...not much else to say about this subject

PPG really doesn't care about its employees at least where I work.....3 tier pay system causes dissension and animosity between employees....Swing shift with way too much forced overtime. Many job functions are uneconomic. Insurance is average and expensive for what you get. New systems put in place work properly 60% of the time and engineer's refuse to make corrections after being informed of redundant problems.. Employees who excel are poorly rewarded or not at all....pay raises are minimal.
