Pros

Meeting great customers, consistent schedule, management is nice

Cons

When i first started working here it was great until...my coworkers took smoke breaks every hour for about 20 minutes and did not help me. oh and also were drunk all the time and hid alchohol, also when customers needed orders there was NEVER enough stock to fill their orders, oh let's not forget the disgusting men and women that work there and constantly harassed me! I filed a complaint with my district manager for a couple incidents and those individuals were back at work within 1 day after the incident occurred, IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE STRESSED OUT EVERY SINGLE DAY GO AHEAD AND APPLY

Pros

- Credit Managers seem to care about the happiness of employees - Generally, coworkers are helpful and kind

Cons

- Upper management does not seem to care about how employees are treated - Lots of responsibility, little authority - Increasing work load, pay stays the same - Employees are expected to go above and beyond but are given the bare minimum in rewards

Pros

They offered a strong benefits package in each of the positions I held. It's a very large company with lots of career opportunities in various positions. There was little micro-managing from above.

Cons

While benefits are great, compensation is behind industry competitors. You must be willing to relocate or travel constantly, if you want to advance within the company. It's a large company, so communication from the top down can be inefficient.
