      Pros

      Wide variety of experiences, great coworkers, opportunity to learn a wide variety of business lines and functions. Decent pay and benefits, stable company not going to go away any time soon.

      Cons

      There is a lot of High pressure to perform, a lot of travel and over time. Upper management lives to work and move up as rapidly as possible, expect everyone to be like that.

      Excellent compensation, great culture, global travel and responsibility opportunities

      Cons

      Heavily managed from a financials perspective. Focus is on sales but message is "organic growth". Resource restrictions often limit ability to do both and sales always win.
