      Idiotic management structure; bilked millions from NYS

      Pros

      A paycheck during the pandemic. Feeling like maybe, just maybe, I helped someone.

      Cons

      If you applied to be a contact tracer, that's what you became. If you applied to be a supervisor, even if you had lower qualifications than a contact tracer, that's what you became. They hired people who couldn't spell, think critically, or function to be supervisors. There was little quality control, and a revolting amount of terrible work product and squandered public funds. I'm embarrassed to have been part of this fiasco.
