      Pros

      Its pretty great pay, considering its a glorified call center position There's a cafe where you can get food Free parking And some of the people are grear to work with

      Cons

      There's a lot of favoritism. You won't get anywhere in the company without a degree. And management is a joke especially on the management side. You get no holiday pay, vacation days, sick days or benefits.

      Pros

      It used to be a fun place to work, our opinions counted and people were treated fairly. Recent changes have made PPG a bit of a salt mind.

      Cons

      Limited vision, employees are just numbers, profits before safety and employee engagement, stock holders have a higher value than the people that work to earn the profits.

      Great if you're socially tied to management

      Pros

      Not a particularly stressful environment. Typically a good place to work at a department level. Excellent retirement matching.

      Cons

      Watch your back if you aren't a family friend of management. You'll be the first on the chopping block. It is an old boys network. Mediocre benefits aside from retirement matching.
