      Pros

      Coworkers are great. I learn a lot and work on new types of projects all the time. Management does a pretty good job. The pay could be higher, but PPG is a stable employer and cost of living isn't too high in Pittsburgh.

      Cons

      Sometimes projects lack clarity. Requirements for promotion are unclear.

      Pros

      From entry level to senior positions, PPG does pay their employees well. They offer decent benefits and a generous holiday schedule.

      Cons

      Turnover seems to be quite a bit higher towards the top. Ever changing management left employees culture always feeling a bit unsure/unstable. It was hard to keep up with who you reported to from Q1 to Q4. You never really heard leadership recognize the United States team very often. All praise seemed to be directed to all other Ppg global affiliates. Never made sense. Heavy focused on DEI meetings that just wasted time. Otherwise pleasant company to work for.
