A typical day at work involves constant exposure to hazardous powder dust, posing serious health risks like lung cancer. The environment is filthy, with no cleaning or proper safety measures in place. I learned nothing valuable—no training or growth opportunities. Management is disengaged, and the workplace culture is extremely toxic, filled with hostility and negativity. It feels like everyone hates each other, making the atmosphere tense and unpleasant. The hardest part is enduring the unsafe conditions and poor morale. Honestly, the only enjoyable part is leaving at the end of the day. This job is harmful both mentally and physically.
