      Pros

      Flexible hours. Little in person customer interaction for retail.

      Cons

      Positions go unfilled for way too long which takes its toll on employees. Pay is low for everything that is expected of you.

      Pros

      Worked with Customer Service Department and they are very hostile environment not helpful and not willing to work as a tean and no room for advancement. Manager knows about the cituation and not willing to do something about the Department lets it get away about the gossip, bullying and abuse of the department. THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL! !!!!!! Not worth wasting your time working there. They need to change the management.

      Employees in Customer Service Department are not willing to work as team work. Very hostile environment they don't want you to advance.
