      The money was good, and the hours

      If you’re not in the inner circle, watch what you say and who you talk to. the union will take money out of your paycheck & will not protect you when it’s time to. Mainly Ed Callahan. Lots of people have family members that are higher up & will let them get away with anything. Don’t make friends, just do your work & you will be fine

      Of course, depending on the team you're joining in the company, the experience is different. But as for my team currently is the best team ever! Everyone helped each other out if we have any questions, especially for fresh graduates. My leads and seniors really helped me with my career. This is a great place to start as a fresh graduates.

      Cons

      A good amount of company benefits. I could say it's the basic benefits. However, for this role, very limited career developments as they much prioritise other regions such as EMEA and Americas.
