Meeting great customers, consistent schedule, management is nice

When i first started working here it was great until...my coworkers took smoke breaks every hour for about 20 minutes and did not help me. oh and also were drunk all the time and hid alchohol, also when customers needed orders there was NEVER enough stock to fill their orders, oh let's not forget the disgusting men and women that work there and constantly harassed me! I filed a complaint with my district manager for a couple incidents and those individuals were back at work within 1 day after the incident occurred, IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE STRESSED OUT EVERY SINGLE DAY GO AHEAD AND APPLY

Strong diverse company with many business units and opportunities for upward mobility. Good perk package for reps, a lot of good training. Diverse offering of products to the customers.

Cons

micromanagement, too much of it. Pay is not commensurate with experience.
