Being on mandatory overtime Can’t use your vacation when you want they block you on it depending on business horrible working conditions everything is broke including ventilation so your breathing in harsh fumes you have to deal with all weather conditions and hope your building has heat in the winter your outside half your shift looking for stuff management is a joke blind leading the blind basically they hire if your good worker you get all the work and have to play catch up with each shift they don’t say or do anything to the workers who don’t work or hide in locker room and sleep place is a circus do not work here we’ve had 5 or more plant mangers in last 5 years and it’s just bad don’t waste your time here plus our union is a joke they don’t even know how to be union they side with the company more than the workers
