      Pros

      I cannot think of a single pro

      Cons

      The company tells you that they will hire you full time, permanent, yet they hire you as a "temp" who is on their payroll. You might get hired but if you do, you usually have to work about 3 years as a temp, no insurance, no benefits, and random HAIR drug tests ( a violation of anyone's dignity )

      Pros

      6% 401k match (dollar for dollar) plus defined contribution match depending on years of service. Tuition reimbursement (with approval). Flexible work hours depending on your manager. Mostly good people to work with.

      Cons

      Need manager's approval to move to a new job internally so management tends to hold onto top talent rather than let you develop. A tendency to do things a certain way because it's always been done that way. A lot of retirement age workers not adding much value and just building their pensions.
