Pros

Solid leadership from top down with Chuck Bunch. Thoughtful decisions are made with thorough examination of options. Allows open discussions with management and team on concerns of market, trends, and planning. Leaders communicate well with clear concise and complete information. Opportunity for development training, and training classes are well design to provide the best development.

Cons

Decisions are always based on finances. Very conservative in approach, but can be positive under certain circumstances. Leadership shift since Chuck Bunch retirement.

Pros

Great place to gain experience and my co-workers are extremely nice and helpful. Great place to start fresh out of college.

Cons

It seems as if you don't have a strict degree in chemistry you will not get out of a contract position, even if you are experienced. Also, contract benefits are pretty much non-existent.

Great people that seemed like they cared about you. They had great insurance and benefits with a 6% 401k match which was fully vested immediately.

Cons

They valued a few months more of seniority then they did about who understood the job. Managers sometimes demeaned the employees.
