Pros

The best part of working for PPG was the customer base. Customers become friends as you see them everyday. Great benefits.

Cons

Poor management, no regional management support. Regional management got rid of Porter when other regions allowed full access to products. The focus in my region changed from customer focus to operational focus.

Storw employees are nice to work with.

Cons

No consideration for work life balance, overtime does not exist, employee welfare and wellbeing are right at the bottom of the list. Poor wages. They think that telesales sells paint when it does not.

Cons

Performance standards are not the same for all employees. Management plays favorites-especially if you have been at the company more than 5 years or have a family member or connection with the company. Long hours
