      Pros

      Almost unlimited online training, if you want to better your self on your own time, or down time at your office. Certain lesson or courses must be approved by your supervisor and you have a decent amount of time to complete the lesson.

      Cons

      During my time with PPG, I never heard PPG claim their employees were their best asset, or that they care about their customers, this definitely showed. They are the perfect example of corporate greed, PPG is a great company to invest in, not a good company to work for. PPG lost a lot of good people in 2015/16 because they were not viewed as people, rather they were viewed as numbers.

      Pros

      Employees are nice to work with.

      Cons

      Management style is that of the yell & tell style from the 1970's. Employees are written up for every minor infraction even when a minute late. Everyone seems to have a 12 hour work load in a given shift. Low pay, high turnover. Low pay. Unfair workload conditions.

      Pros

      Good environment to work at, people are generally willing to help and there are many opportunities for good projects to be developed. If you are willing to take responsabilities there is a lot of space to grow within the company.

      Cons

      Management is not well-rounded and some are still unexperienced at managing teams. Targets and goals are not always clear as strategy may be hazy at most areas. Some boundaries of roles & responsabilities are not well defined leading to some actions being pushed from one department to another.
